Steve was posed a few questions and responded to a handful of us in email. I've asked if he'd repost the questions and answers in here... but will wait for him to do it by his own hand or with permission since some of the answers contain personal information.
In the meantime, I'd like to respond to two points:

I think that we as a group should commit to the year, and if we exit the park prior to that, I would expect that the remaining months of services should be viewed as a thank you to Steve for allowing us into his home.
Also I believe the way the contracts work is it is an option, but not mandatory. If you pay month-to-month then you just don't get the lower rate. M2M I believe might be about $50-60/mo. but I will double check on this. It's not like a cell contract where you'd get charged $200 fee for breaching contract.
