There are flyers for the action at the info booth in the park. Please hand them out to BoA customers, acknowledging that the debit card fee has been retracted specifically because people are fighting back. We're all better off if people keep their money local.

Get your money out and put in a local credit union! First open a credit union account, then take funds out of BoA or other Big Bad Bailed-out Bank.

Glad this is getting done. I had proposed awhile back to people in Outreach to work with SEFCU and other credit unions to perhaps have an event. Definitely too late for that, though it would be cool to have a member drive the day before this.
I just opened up my SEFCU account and am closing out all my accounts with Wells Fargo.
I just picked up David Graeber's book Debt and highly recommend it.
At the end, he makes a policy recommendation: cancel all debts of all kinds, worldwide. Maybe if this movement is to have "One Demand," that should be it.

I recommend opening an account with SEFCU. I've had an account with them for the last decade and don't have a single complaint. Plus, they have a web interface like Mint's, free checking, interest on your checking account, and a nice CD program for kids ( it's like a traditional cash deposit but you can continue to add to it - which is where my 4 year old's college fund currently is).
