Proposed "script" for start of General Assembly

Hi, all. This is something we talked about a bit when facilitation working group met after General Assembly this afternoon. Basically I just wrote down the stuff that we say at the beginning of the meeting to explain how General Assembly works, so that new facilitators can have something to look at to help them remember. I'll run it through a working group meeting before making it available for people to use. Anyone who wants to comment or make suggestions here is also welcome to do so.
