How can the Tech Team help?

The subject says it for the most part.

How can we assist you in facilitating? Can we create a system submitting proposals through the forums or website?

Can we track agendas? Can we set up a projector and give power point demonstrations (half-kidding).

What do you guys want to see us do?

Right now I've been looking for a dual+ wireless mic setup. I'd considered suggesting having a laptop/projector setup, but we haven't had our weekly meeting yet- we'll keep in touch about that.
We're looking forward to seeing more people on the forums, giving input to all of the working groups. We are paying attention.

Cool. Is anyone from the facilitation workgroup interested in helping to admin the forums? I imagine that you guys will be the most clued in about how to channel the forum discussions into the GA.

I'm whether I should create a sub-board for each working group for other groups to post requests. For instance, I posted on your board offering help but what if the Tech group had a request board for other groups to post on?

I'm not sure if there would be an advantage to having another subforum within each WGs subforum for requests- if people post requests to the WGs subforum, the WG members will / should read them.
Now that I'm thinking about it, though... maybe a subforum called "Agenda," where people can put forth & explain specific issues that they want added to the agenda for the WGs regular meeting?

Is the Tech group in charge of the FB page? And/or the occupyalbany.org website?

Emma I believe some of the moderators here are also admin on the website and the fb page. I am on all three.

I'd like to know what is going on with the twitter feed. Which one are we using, who's on it, etc.
