Wanted to get a conversation going to define just the logistics of the group meetings so we can get that behind us and get to the issues.
Meeting Logistics From our last meeting, it seems like as a matter of process each meeting should start by: - Defining a minute taker - Defining a Facilitator to facilitate the meeting
This could rotate meeting by meeting to give everyone the experience, unless someone really settles into either role? Thoughts?
Meeting Scheduling To get the ball rolling, here's a proposal for a schedule in line with our discussions last night:
Mon - Fri: "Small" Meetings after the GA Saturday: "Big" Meeting at 3pm Sunday: "Small" meeting at 3pm
If it doesn't seem like the small meetings are working, we can always fall back to just one weekly meeting. What do you think? Maybe could be voted on at tonight's Political and Electoral Reform meeting?
