Maybe if everyone can chime in on attendance? I will unfortunately not be able to make tonight or tomorrow's meeting.

Just wanted to update - I ended up being at Academy Park after the GA afterall. A formal meeting did not take place, one was not organized... but a few people came up to me and joined, they were very excited (one drove from Columbia County specifically for the meeting). I will definitely not be in town tomorrow (Sunday), so if anyone wants to meet, someone needs to organize and bring that together.
While we are working this out, I propose that we not post meetings to the calendar until we have a system down - instead, just announce at the GA if you are present and would like to meet. IMO this is an organic process that we are all responsible for manifesting - so it is what we collectively make it.
Nice work tonight!! Day Two successful.

Does anyone want to have a meeting soon? If so, is anyone interested in volunteering to facilitate that meeting?
My schedule is unfortunately pretty hairy over the next two weeks, so I cannot commit to facilitating or attending. But I can definitely help to organize the meeting from a distance, and train someone in facilitation if they haven't done that yet but would like to learn.
