ihbar: do you mean this Saturday the 29th? If everyone else says yes, I can probably bring it by. I do have to work at 4pm though, and I cannot leave it there, so there may be a time conflict. What do you think about the 5th?

Jesse Calhoun from the Ameros & I went to the GA the other day to try to get something going for Saturday but it was too late to add another agenda item, then we realized this was prolly a boards thing, so here we are. We wish to be involved as performers and help any other way needed also, equipment, set up, etc. We are also proposing a People's Acoustic Open Mic for later in the day and some cool participatory sing-alongs throughout the day to engage the audience. Also, I know the power situation is under the radar & I'm thinking if we're doing PA we may need a generator, which I might have access to. Finally, Having done many events in conjunction with the city, it is important to be done with amplified music way before curfew. Caroline 518.368.8495

I might be able to get some fiddlers together for Sunday, early afternoon if it's not precipitating or freezing. Just some general jamming, won't need a PA. Also, we like to put a hat out to benefit Schoharie flood recovery. Hope that's OK. Cheers, Terri www.fiddlejammer.com

Join in with accoustic instruments. We'll be playing some old time tunes. And, this re-make of Greasy Coat... SleazyCo RL Smith 2010 (alternate lyrics to Greasy Coat) A part- I’m the BP CEO I wrecked the Gulf of Mexico I can see that dreadful oil slick grow On TV in my French chateau B part- I could have put a cutoff in Instead I bought some Congressmen A part- We bribed the feds with gifts and whores So they don’t inspect our rigs no more In Washington I testified Put the blame on other guys B part- Got a two ton SUV? You’ll have to buy your gas from me Repeat over and over and fade out: I’m the BP CEO I wrecked the Gulf of Mexico
