So here's the stuff we didn't get to this week. Individual pieces could be discussed here, or could have their own thread started. Many we already touched on, but I'm just putting the whole list here to start. Again, this agenda was curated from things mentioned in previous discussions in the F & L working group (online & @ last GA).
* Facilitators: - Defining role (such as "to keep the meeting moving") - Recruiting new ones - Diversity - Training - Who can facilitate? (What do we require of volunteers?)
* Signs & easels (hand signals, agenda, record of decisions, etc.) * Hand outs about meeting process * Break-out groups (w/ report back) at GAs? (a bit of explanation - this suggestion was made @ the first F&L wg mtg as a way to enable more discussion at huge mtgs) * Amplification - pros & cons of human vs electric microphones * Working groups: - Spokesperson from each report to GA - Provide WGs with facilitation guides/tools - Designate contact people among WGs (& for new participants) * Defining our "Logistics" role - What do we see it as, should it be separate and if so how? * Keep in mind that facilitation process we decide on is a "living document" - how can other participants make suggestions/requests about making it work better? * Disability access, incl ASL interpreting
